The assessment
Your child completes a structured, internationally validated career assessment, administered by a certified practitioner — measuring genuine interests, aptitudes and preferred ways of working. Not a free online quiz.
The report
I read the results properly and write them up: what the evidence actually says, which career directions genuinely fit, which ones don't and why, and what to do about it in the current school year.
The debrief
We sit down together — your child and you — and go through it. Questions get answered, disagreements get aired, and everyone leaves knowing what the next step is and why.

How long does the whole thing take?
Your child completes the assessment at home in their own time. The written report follows, and then there's one session — the debrief — where we go through it together. One session, not a course.
How is this different from the free career tests online?
Free quizzes give you a list. This is an internationally validated instrument that has to be administered and interpreted by a certified practitioner — and the interpretation is the part that matters. Two students can produce similar-looking results and need completely different advice.
Is my child too young for this?
Grade 8 is a sensible starting point. Earlier than that, interests are still moving too quickly for the results to say anything durable. If your child is in Grade 11 or 12 it still works — there are simply fewer doors still open, so the conversation is about choosing well among what remains.
Will you tell my child what career to pick?
No. I'll show what the evidence points to, explain what each direction actually involves, and make sure both of you understand the trade-offs. The decision stays with your family — it just gets made on much better information.
Are sessions online or in person?
Online. We work with families across India and around the world, and it means both parents can join from wherever they are.
Is this the same as college admissions help?
No — that's a separate service. Career guidance settles what to study and why. College admissions covers where to apply and how.
